These terms govern your use of BetSmart (“we”, “us”), a service operated by Desultory LTD, including this website and the BetSmart Telegram bots and channels. By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Information only — not advice, not a guarantee
BetSmart provides statistical analysis and betting information for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment or betting advice, and nothing we publish is a recommendation to place any particular bet. We make no guarantee of any outcome or profit. Betting carries real risk and you can lose money. Past performance does not predict future results. Any figures we show reflect tips as they were posted and are not a promise of future returns.
BetSmart is a research and tips service, not a bookmaker: we take no bets and hold no money for betting.
Eligibility and responsible gambling
- You must be 18 or over and legally allowed to bet where you live.
- Only ever bet what you can afford to lose. If it stops being fun, stop.
- Free, confidential help: BeGambleAware.org, GamCare, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, and GAMSTOP.
- You are responsible for complying with the gambling laws that apply to you and for using bookmakers that are appropriately licensed in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through MyMembers, with payments processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your MyMembers receipt, or by logging in at MyMembers.io and opening My Orders; access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.
- We may change prices or plans; changes won’t affect the period you’ve already paid for.
Acceptable use
Don’t resell, redistribute or republish our selections, tools or content, and don’t misuse or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or end access for misuse or non-payment.
Intellectual property
The BetSmart name, content, models and materials belong to us and are provided for your personal use only.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses (including betting losses) arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
